Because "developed" countries are enslaved by strict laws. When there are no man made laws and rules, humans tend to show their true colors which are of a brutal, bloodthirsty, selfish, unempathetic animal.

Most likely that shit also happens in first world countries but behind closed doors. Elites are probably ordering some captured slaves to hunt them and torture them for fun, we can never know...
