Whenever i go for a walk of 4 hs, i bloat and debloat,for example,today i went out and i was already lean/debloated,them after 40 minutes i bloat,and they after 15 minutes i debloat again, whats going on? My theory is that after walking (doing exercise) i get leaner
This is a very posible theory,because one of the cause of bloating comes from carbs stored as glucógen that are not used (exercises etc)
