Why do I feel so happy despite being an utter failure?

I'm an ugly friendless incel, rot in my room all day, failed school multiple times, never had a job, never get anything meaningful done
Yet in spite of this I am happy in my life and feel great. Used to be extremely depressed so I'm happy for the change.

Sounds good to me, I can also be blissfully happy sometimes. Might be because of the brainrot on this site that have finally killed enough braincells so I can finally live in ignorance. Or maybe it's just Alzheimer's

I only feel like you when I drink a lot but I get back to reality as soon as I wake up.
