Why do I find overly smiley people off-putting?

I always find myself interacting with people who have neutral facial expressions or "a resting bitch face".

When they crack that rare, slightly annoyed smile while rolling their eyes it floods my brain with dopamine.

Cant say the same about someone who constantly smiles even if u smear shit on their face
