Why do I get brutal acne after doing skin care?

My skin is always clear with the exception of black heads at the nose, white heads at the chin and the occasional spots located at the hairline. When I start doing shit like washing my face everyday, using moisturiser, sun screen, tret, I get the worst acne imaginable. It’s legitimately painful. Rn I have a huge lump on my for head and a bunch of spots at my chin. I know there’s meant to be a purging faze, but this is pretty severe.
