why do i get mutual followers on instagram

i have like 150 followers on ig, all of them are people i know irl and good friends, and like every 2-3 days I get a girl following me with mutual followers or is following someone with mutuals. What does this usually mean. Like how do they find me lol I'm private all the time, today one Muslim girl from London followed me and has mutuals
