Why do I have a fever rn

I just want to wrestle and play reindeer games with my fwb but instead I am lying on the ground in my backyard in 30 degree weather, just smoked some weed, coughing every 10 or so minutes a huge mucus ball.

Yesterday was even worse tbh, all I really did yesterday was watch Gone with the Wind (4 hr movie), eat a bit, and sleep pretty much all day. I went to sleep yesterday at 7PM and now I woke up about an hour ago.

My parents went shopping and I told them to get me some Nyquil. Never tried it before but I heard it helps you sleep.

God hates me or something. If I got her sick too I will be very sad.

I had a dream last night that I had a fever, it felt so real but when I woke up I was completely fine.
