probably ganglion or mucous membrane inflammation

infection, allergies or autoimmune disease could be the cause, its probably nothing serious I used to get this all the time due to allergies

I can tell literally nothing, send s better photo. Also it can be caused from suction i think cause k think that's what cahsed it for me, the bruising is kinda concerning, you should go to a doctor.
