Why do I have excess skin on one side of my jaw?

Like a bit of lumpy skin or a "jowel" only on one side of my face. I'm skinny fat so maybe it'd go away with weight loss. Seems ridiculous it would only effect one side of my face.

Seems to be effecting the sharpness of that side of my jawline most seen when taking flash photography in dark lighting.

Do you have the same?
