it's something me and some users were mentioning some years ago and how it messes up penile aesthetics if the bumps are overgrown. the main problem is, from what I've read, that you need to be pretty lucky so any of the possible professional procedures remove them and don't come back.

i wonder whether @TRUE_CEL knows something about them.

The urologist will just say that is completely normal to have them and that it doesn't impact in any way on health. Maybe if you beg him and say you are depressed by having them, he will send you to do some procedures, but they are not at all effective and tend to come back from what I read.

Don't listen to anyone. It's not prostate cancer or testicle cancer. It's normal. I've had them for the last four years and nothing's happened.

About applying tretinoin, from what I know there's no conclusive transformations, the user who told about it here never reported back and on other forums people didn't answer

At least in theory it should work. Both acne on the face and fordyce spots are caused by enlarged oil glands and should be able to be treated the same way. A problem might be that the intimate area is more sensitive and has another pH value than the face.

Correct me if i said something wrong

I was talking about fordyce, not testicle cancer. A severe case of it is very noticeable as the pics I showed above
