Why do I keep getting accidental hunter eyes?

What the fuck is this? Sometimes when I take off my glasses my upper eyelid exposure in my right eye becomes non existent. It lasts for 10 seconds and then 1 blink and I've got subhuman eyelids again. Why the hell is this happening? It's like my own face purposely teases me on what could've been, can you imagine that? I get bullied by my own face
