Well yeah the mirror I always look good in. But most accurate is back camera from like 2 feet away because of inverted no?

No. Very little
To me the worsening is related mainly to the increase in uee given by muscle exertion attached and redistribution of fluids, otherwise it changes little for me. Sometimes I get better.

It is a different matter if I am stressed (especially in the evening) because psychological stress triggers the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal axis. This can cause the production of local pro-inflammatory factors (including cortisol) that can direct immune cells from the bloodstream to the skin or stimulate pro-inflammatory skin cells such as mast cells that respond to the cortisol hormone through receptor signalling.
