Why do I look different in every lighting?

I feel like in one angle and lighting it looks like I have hollow cheeks but when I change them I look bloated.How does that work?

ratios, midface etc doesn’t get changed by lighting but Im talking about slimness of your face. Take young jordan for example in average lighting he looked bloated, but when it came to model photoshoots he had hollow cheeks, I was just interested how it happens that lighting change you so much
