And be lean: sub 13 bf.
And go to gym or some other heavy activity few times a week to get that sub 10% bf effect to help with debloating.

I´m not master at debloating but yeah 3h or cardio is not needed. And just have a good diet.

What matters is the ratio between your potassium and sodium levels so you'll probably see difference if your sodium is also really low so you keep a nice 4:1 potassium : sodium ratio

Coconut water because of potassium.
Tomatoes also have loads of potassium. I like to eat a whole can of tomatoes on toast for lunch everyday. Tastes delicious and has about 1200mg of potassium (equivalent of about 600ml of coconut water)

Being sleep deprived will actually make you look worse cause it causes water retention and bloat
