Narrow upper palate and small teeth. looks like a palate of a 10 yo.

i mean your chin is wider than the palate... it looks off.

perhaps you could ascend via veneers, that make your palate and teeth bigger/wider.

i dont think you need palate widening, your jaw looks normal.

U have open bite and crooked bite? At least looks like it on the pic, but could be due to distortion. Thats fixable though with braces even.

Either genetic or during early development as a child something didnt go as it was supposed to for whatever reasons. Maybe eating too soft diet, thus teeth and bite werent stressed enough to grow bigger, or smth like that, i can only speculate.

u have 3rd? occlusion just upper teeth are not more forward than lower. I have pretty straight teeth but look like shit in pic
but unfortunately braces cant move jaw/teeth forward only straighten
