Why do I look so lean despite being fat medically

I am legit over 20% body fat easily and yet I have hollow cheeks without forcing anything I used to think this was smth to do with my cheek bones or Fat pads in cheeks but idek. I legit look under 13-14% body fat facially, this is a genuine question, is it because I have good bones? or maybe just store less fat in my face? Let me know.
