It's literally just the nose. You have nice eyes, top lip could use a bit more volume but otherwise it's just the nose

for a case so severe as you, hydrocortisone or any other softmaxxes won't do anything. Rhinoplasty would be the only way that I know to get rid of the bulbosity. The problem with the bulbous tip is it distracts from your other features. You have a decent eye area and good skin.
