Good and bad. Depends. As long as you aren't high agreeableness and have a backbone it's not the worst. It's good to stay cool and calculated as long as you still have a killer instinct. Rage and ego drive competitiveness, r u competitive?

not really competitive but i do have a backbone and can stand my ground

Fair, you're young and it's common but ofc actively try to conquer that fear. Strange that you don't feel much anger. Maybe it's an ego thing. As long as you're succeeding it doesn't matter but always ask yourself if you're the person you wanna be. If not then make a change or work on it at least.
