They never founded any good colonies outside africa (unless you count Canada)

They're ruining their country by making it africa

Their foids are above average but that's about it...

The fact that no one talks about means 1 of 2 things
A) average frenchie is doing just fine with foids
B) average frenchie is Inkwell but doesn't see it as a problem

Unbridled hypergamy is deeply embedded into the genetic code of every woman on earth - it was enforced societal norms that kept them from applying it in full force, just like everywhere else on earth before government welfare became a thing.
