when i first wake up the first 1-4 hours i look the best

my UEE is 0 my lower eyelid is very tight my pfl is high my face looks the best and i don’t bloat too much in the morning for some reason too

but as the day goes i begin to look worse and my face begins to look droopier my eye area looks worse and droopy etc

my theory of why this is is because of sleep deprivation

i sleep about 5-6 hours a night and i feel like this is why my face gets droopy as the day goes on
although it’s rare days where i get a good 8+ hours of sleep my face looks at its peak all day but i can never sleep well because of school and shit and my sleep pattern is too inconsistent to get 8 hours of sleep a night

does anybody else have something similar

it's because of water retention. For most people they experience the opposite you likely just don't have the bone structure

Same problem with me.

Sleep makes huge difference

My bones are well above avg too, not sure what he is talking about with water retention. I don't bloat either but I often don't drink enough water so there's that
