why do i say/do a ton of random shit?

like i constantly do random shit and ppl notice it. they ask me like “why are you doing that with ur hands,” because i just do eandom shit.

also i scream randomly in fear and my mom just slammed the brakes in the car cuz i randomly screamed super loud just because i remembered im a failure and nobody likes me etc etc.
