Billy, Bobby are often conflated with Bubba. Bubba is a Southern stereotypical dimwitted, fat, uneducated white man.

these names also sound so low iq

those sound like boomer names so the only people you associate the name with is old (Fat) people

Idk abt jim but I have a theory about letters. There are attractive and unattractive letters. Here me out. Letters like A, C, E, F, I, K, N, R, S, T, V, W, X, Y, Z are generally more attractive and sort of "sharp" when compared to letters like B, G, H, L, M, O, P, U. So bobby is like too much of the blunt and ugly letters which causes you to associate it with ugly or fat people. Names like arthur or michael are associated with sharper faces whilst names like bobby or benjamin are associated with being fatter and having softer faces.
