What exactly else would that energy go to? What sort of insanely cool and interesting things are most normies doing that warrant you budgeting your “energy”.

The reality is that there really isn’t that much to do in this life for the average person. If you’re studying something important or working a job that pays a lot of money or you’re an athlete/artist or something, sure, I can understand why “wasting time” on petty things is detrimental.

But for the average normie making 60k a year who goes home and watches TV/ TikTok, what does one have to lose by being a petty person? There really just isn’t that much to do in this life
