I was in the work truck that belonged to my dad. He took me to work because there was no baby sitter. I was in the car munching Cheetos and drinking Mountain Dew when my dad’s apprentice said “catch bud!” And threw me a circular item wrapped in cloth. I thought it was a dinner roll. But when I unwrapped it, I saw the severed head of a faggot cat. He then told my dad and me a story of how it died;


He had taken it home, locked it in a cage and blow torched it slowly until it had an agonizing end. He then fed it to ants and chopped its head off and voila! That’s how I ended up with its head.

I thought it was a weird story at the time, so did my dad, but nowadays I look back and laugh. It was so beautiful.
