Women actually care and it was proven in research, but they hide it. They encourage other women to go hoe themselves out because they know it will be profitable to themselves, by reducing those other women's value to men (reducing competition). It's woman-to-woman equivalent of woman asking you personal questions and trying to get you to open up to feel out your weaknesses and use it later as ammunition.
In private women are way more likely, by multiple times, to slutshame, call out and tell such "secrets" to others, also as way of reducing competition
When you read up on it it's really telling how deceitful and conniving their behaviors are, especially coupled with the virtue signalling they carry out by day, to then turn it into their own profit later
