Why do only subhumans do hardmax

Every time I see the results of some hardmax, it’s always a 2/10 subhuman. You can’t even evaluate the changes because both before and after he’s still ugly. Why hasn’t a single good looking or even average guy done hardmax like DJs or OBO

you say this from an outsiders persepctive, those who are normal looking dont feel any need to get surgery because they havent thought about the effect it will have

That surgery alone improved the guy's life by at least 30%.
