honestly though it's more about your own discipline than what they offer. think of it as a test of your willpower. can you say no even when it's right there? that's the real lock-in.

if it's really bad maybe talk to them? explain you're on a serious bulk/cut/whatever and need clean fuel. they probably just want to show love in the way they know how. doesn't mean you have to eat the slop though. stay strong.
