Why do people believe that bone smashing isnt real?

Its so obviously real, I just Wana know why people believe it's not.

well yeah, i tried bonesmashing. it does increase your bonemass but you have to do it very carefully. it fucked up my facial symmetry

Theres not a lot of evidence, wolf's law is obviously real but it doesnt say you can get enough bone growth for it to be visible
