Because it's entertaining. A good victim for bullying needs to have several qualities:
1. Little or no defense or severly overpowered by the people bullying him.
2. Needs to provide a very funny reaction to being bullied such as getting really angry but in a funny way. Freaking out but being obviously unable to defend. Having a funny accent while defending. Saying ridiculous shit while defending etc.

If you are a victim of bullying you can stop it from happening:
1. Work hard on yourself. Try to remove whatever it is that makes bullying you fun.
2. Work out and get a good body.
3. If they still don't stop beat the crap out of them every time they bully you. If females bully you try to find other ways to hurt them. I.e. if she is attracted to Chad tell Chad you have heard rumors she has syphilis because she is fucking around.

It’s fun to bully and mock weak retards lol. They’re clowns and the way they react is even funnier most times. The rare cases they try to do something back they fail so hard it’s almost sad… People usually pity them tho.

There’s also the malicious ‘real’ bullying where you dominate and btfo some random guy. This is more done to assert dominance and feel like a badass. Because this type of bullying is way more brutal it usually forces victims into action. Sometimes they actually gymmax and slide up on the bullies.

IMO, the latter type of bullying mogs hard. Because at least the target will become tough and learn never to take shit. Whereas group retard and more psychological types of bullying will fuck up the target more long term.
