Serious question, what's the difference between doing this and drinking 2-3 raw eggs?

Eggs are natural, you don't even know what kind of things they put in protein powder.because not everybody wants to eat fucking raw eggs
tell that to the 100 m normies who work out, not everybody thinks like that + salmanella mythEggs are natural, you don't even know what kind of things they put in protein powder.
And both taste equally shit tbh, just hold your breath.
You get 11g of proteins per egg, so you need only 2-3 eggs to reach the average protein intake you get in a normal protein powder dose.good luck having 100g of protein through egg whites.
And not farting all day tbh.good luck having 100g of protein through egg whites.
Nobody has one scoop of protein, not to mention all the cholesterol and fat problems with consuming so many eggs. You get 11g of proteins per egg, so you need only 2-3 eggs to reach the average protein intake you get in a normal protein powder dose.
Jfl, you think that's not going to happen with protein shake? And not farting all day tbh.
I've tried both.Jfl, you think that's not going to happen with protein shake?

Most of the time it tastes like shit. I even considered throwing it away a few timesIt tastes like vanilla
Most of the "gym community" seems to be comprised of turbo-autists thinking you need to have a perfect workout routine, eating 6 times a day and drinking liters of protein shake.Cus people think they need 300g of protein in order to build muscle. Literally if you eat eggs/meat normally, there's no way you're not hitting your protein requirements. Protein shakes are mostly pointless imo, except if you don't have time to eat.
It's legit. Too much eggs are really unhealthy.JFL at bringing up the jewish cholesterol propaganda
did you even understand the point of my message JFLJews invented cholesterol
This isn't /pol/ retard.
Yes, cus their mentality is "Eat big get big bro", and then they eat 4k calories and think they "gained muscle" but in fact they just gained 30 lbs of pure bloat and maybe 5 lbs of muscle, which they will lose when they go on a "cut" for the summer. Lean bulking is the wayMost of the "gym community" seems to be comprised of turbo-autists thinking you need to have a perfect workout routine, eating 6 times a day and drinking liters of protein shake.
Yet when I go to the gym those guys always have a disgusting BF%, bloated when I'm leaner than almost everyone with a decent muscle mass just eating normally jfl.
too much eggs as in literally eating 10 a day is obviously not ideal. but saying that saturated fats in general are bad is literally retardedIt's legit. Too much eggs are really unhealthy.
Also to OP. Whey protein works faster. That's another reason people drink protein shakes. If you drink a protein shake right after a workout, it will have immediate effect, vs eating a chicken, salmon or whatever (which will take hours before it kicks in), not sure how quick eggs are.
You obviously want to have sufficient protein in your system at all times, because recovery takes a long time. So whey protein right after a workout, and then eat chicken, salmon or whatever, so when the whey protein is out, the slower source of protein kicks in

Isn't it 7g? Plus u get extra fat calories from yolk, which u don't in a protein isolateYou get 11g of proteins per egg, so you need only 2-3 eggs to reach the average protein intake you get in a normal protein powder dose.
Sat fats are needed, and good for you, but not the amount u get from 10 fucking eggs loltoo much eggs as in literally eating 10 a day is obviously not ideal. but saying that saturated fats in general are bad is literally retarded
You’re correct, it’s 7g of protein in a large egg, even less in the medium/small cartons obviously. Whey isolate is indeed the best supplement for protein, there might be some variants that cost 2x as much for 1-2% more protein but hardly worth it.Isn't it 7g? Less risk of contracting salmonella, less saturated fat, less cholesterol, probably more protein, tastes better.Serious question, what's the difference between doing this and drinking 2-3 raw eggs?
The marketing behind protein supplements like powders and bars has convinced people that absurd protein consumption means more muscle protein synthesis, when all it really means is a thinner wallet and farts with lethality rivaling Zyklon B.Cus people think they need 300g of protein in order to build muscle. Literally if you eat eggs/meat normally, there's no way you're not hitting your protein requirements. Protein shakes are mostly pointless imo, except if you don't have time to eat.
Marketing again. People are hyper-focused on things that make maybe half a percent difference and are willing to pay fortunes for futile attempts at breaking their natural limits naturally, when their money would be much better spent on gear or video games. Most of the "gym community" seems to be comprised of turbo-autists thinking you need to have a perfect workout routine, eating 6 times a day and drinking liters of protein shake.
