Why do people eat so much despite being fat?

Don't they realize they're looks-, health- and moneyminning themselves? Imagine being fat/skinny fat and stuffing your face with food as soon as you get up and snacking constantly, on top of eating three regular meals per day. I just don't get it. People are getting fatter and fatter, the food industry is making billions but people look at you weird when they find out you fast for most of the day. Nobody needs to eat a dozen times a day.

A few weeks ago, a stranger asked me out of the blue whether I've eaten that day and told me how important it is to eat when you smoke. Smoking, alcohol and drugs are bashed constantly, while nobody talks about food addiction. In fact, you're the weirdo if you read food labels and watch your figure. I always make sure no one is watching when I check food labels at the supermarket. Pigging out on a daily basis would solve none of my problems, it'd only make me uglier and be a major waste of money. Imagine how much money you'd save in a year just by cutting your daily food consumption in half. Money you could invest in surgery, a better apartment or the like

Staying lean isn't enough. I want to reach or get close to single digit body fat percentage territory to get rid of any visible fat in my face

ye its very easy if you eat natural hunter gatherer diet, dont fall for the jew tricks

i can go to 3-4% easily especially with viagra and tren

food addiction is worse than alcohol/drugs because of how obvious it iis to everyone

at leaast with alcohol no one really knows u're irresponsible and low value

but with food addiction EVERYONE can see ur a fat lazy fuck with addiction
 
Because the only satisfying feeling they can get in their lives comes from eating.
Which is nothing compared to the negative impact of being fat on your looks

That's not true. Almost every food item you can buy nowadays has a food label, there's tons of freely available information about weight management everywhere and then the fitness boom, increasing health consciousness of people and media. It isn't unawareness, it's plain ignorance and the unwillingness to change habits

Chronic alcohol abuse can be obvious too. Apart from the health issues it creates, it is high in calories and can make you fat just like overeating does

That's not true. People always say that it is healthy for you to eat 5 meals a day, or that their doctor told them that it’s healthy, meanwhile they are the fat ones. I only eat one meal a day and stay lean, and fasting through the day just makes me feel great. Their fault they can’t realize what is making them fat in the first place

Its mostly these processed carbs and sugar they push on people. It just makes you crave more of the stuff by increasing candida etc.

If food was like in the 70s you wouldn't see many real fat people.

Food is more addicing than alot of drugs change my mind even me who is scared to become fat again still binges bad food sometimes

I do OMAD as well and can easily consume my TDEE worth of calories in one sitting. Even more if I wanted to but that would make me gain weight. Also, fasting has many benefits and my seborrheic dermatitis and morning tremors have improved dramatically

she will be always hungry unless she ate at least almost 2 thousand calories a meal
no matter what diet she went on the weight would always come back

500-700 kcal meals don't satisfy me either, so I just cram down 1,500 kcal once a day and am satisfied for the next 23 hours. I'm used to intermittent fasting anyway and prefer a big meal over several small ones

but i heard nootropics that ease you like theanine etc

i've met some obese people in life and being obese is usually not the only thing shit in their lives ngl.

maybe not all but at least some of them do overeat to cope lol

yes because usually when you have chemical imbalance that causes ghrelin overproduction
other parts of your body are also disrupted
but the main cause of why they go to food is because of ghrelin

Its an addiction like anything else and quite sad tbh. U literally get withdrawals when you dont eat your sugary foods/drinks as a fat person
 
people are utter dogs. they can't even commit to a simple regimen to ascend to chad/stacy when I am rotting with a cm recessed maxilla and manlets have to get their legs sawed in half twice to avoid roping

You need to learn to live with that hunger. Being hungry is normal and healthy, food being available at any time and place to get rid of it immediately isn't. Stop finding excuses and start by gradually spacing out your meals more, set a fixed eating window and calorie limit and make your meals more voluminous and satiating while keeping total calories low. Swap bread for steamed potatoes, sweets for fruit, make beans/chickpeas, vegetables, whole eggs and milk a part of your daily diet, stay away from high calorie/low volume and processed foods, have soups and salads to fill you up... If you're addicted to soda, go for diet soda instead. Chewing gum and sunbathing also helps to curb your appetite. I literally cut my body weight in half just by listening to my body and not overeating as much anymore. If someone locked you in a cell without food for three days, you wouldn't die either, so it's just a question of willpower and discipline. It'll get easier over time, I guarantee it

Also, that video is fake entertainment but there are people who actually have that condition. It's very rare tho and the voracious appetite generalized lipodystrophy causes is a result of leptin deficiency
