Vegetables have basically zero nutrients and taste like shit. The vary small amount of nutrients that are found in vegetables can be found in basically any food source. Since this is the case why are vegetables pushed so heavily in diets? Parents always say to eat your vegetables but their is really no reason to eat vegetables at all they don’t taste good and have little nutritional benefits. Allot of vegetables we can’t even fully digest to get nutrients out of like corn ( that’s why you shit out a full cob of corn after eating it). So with all of this why does everyone push vegetables so hard trying to make them seam like a super food?
