Why do people go sperg mode if they are rated low?

Seriously you can easily know if your are not low if you get attention from girl and get called gl. Ironically if you get triggered by someone rating you bellow 5psl then you clearly do know deep down that thats true. Someone thats secure even if everyone here theoretically told him it's over or under rate him he wont go sperg mode or suicidal. What matters is girls validation irl, even if you get somehow rated 6-7psl it doesn't mean shit if women don't find you attractive to that level. The rate section many times gets kinda aspie tbh, you either know you are gl to girls or not, thats extremely easy to notice.
