Why do people here recommend Ramieri?

When I look at the cases he posts on instagram for asymmetry they are pretty bad and still look asymmetrical post-op. Can anyone recommend good surgeons for asymmetry cases? The only good one I've found is Raffaini but I cannot afford him.

Even when consulting with him you can see that he understands what he is doing and he gives you a good idea that he is blackpilled what would you want to ask more from a surgeon?

I mean you can't fix assymetrys if the ramus is shorter on one side or if the jaw mass is diff on the one side. And this is mostly the reason for assymetry. Why raffaini seem to be able to fix it is because of a weird cut or because he uses fat fillers in the gonions etc which is not forever lasting

I mean if you have skeletal assymteries, then you need implants to correct them if they don't have to do with lengthening or rotating the jaws

If you want the best results you go for the best and in means in the aspects that matter the most for the surgery to go in the best outcome it can.

To say that all surgeons are trained well is insane there are gigantic skill gaps
