Why do people like SudanGuy not roid to gain some sort of niche appeal?

People like that have nothing to lose, if I was a tallfag and as ugly as him (no offence) I'd be hopping on roids and trying to fill out my frame. Or is it just completely over for him and he shouldn't try to looksmax at all?
