There is a lot more to it than that.

Going to failure matters a lot more than mind-muscle connection.

Also, there is a difference between training for strength and training for size. Strength training is 5 reps or less, size training is 6-30 reps. Both require going close to failure to make good progress but they don't target the same goals at all.

Most programs on Reddit are strength training programs, they suck at creating aesthetic physiques, they are good at making powerlifters if you're genetically predisposed to break regional or world records, otherwise it's just glorified egolifting for the sake of looking tough without actually being big.

I got more results out of 5 months of hypertrophy training than I got out of 3-4 years of strength training.

There is also a difference between following a minimalist program focusing on the big 3 and targeting each muscle group with enough volume to grow, evaluating your progress on a bi-weekly basis and adapting the program to keep progressing by adding sets to some muscle groups when they stall, vs just following the same program for years, moving the same weights around and making no progress.

It's easier to "just lift bro" but you get way less results than if you do things properly. I did get to a point where I know most of what there is to know about bodybuilding and which exercises work what muscle groups and so on, but it took me years.

Not necessarily, if you can be patient, you can get great results naturally. It does depend on what your goal physique is. Personally, I've always had realistic expectations about building muscle, I just never understood at the time how much time I needed to get to that goal.I have a friend who has good genetics who was 190 lbs 15% body fat at like 19 years old at 6'5", who got up to 225 lbs at 15% body fat in 2 years. I'm currently 26, I started at 18, and I'm pretty much at his starting point but with bigger legs, a bigger back and smaller arms due to genetic strengths and weaknesses.

When you have bad genetics, it just takes a lot more time to see results, but if you can be patient, you can make great results, and get to a pretty great physique in your 20s. I thought I'd be gymmaxxed by the time I was 21 because this whole time I was looking at guys who started lifting at 16 with a sports background (who know how to train hard) who gain muscle easily, who eat enough and who don't struggle to remain consistent. I used to be a gamer nerd, it took a lot to develop the right habits to build muscle and really change my physique.

People think it's as simple as lifting weights, but a lot more goes into it, unless your genetics are good, and even then, you will get plateaus if you're not doing things in the optimal manner.

All I'm saying is you can get huge as a natural if you're patient. It just won't be a 1 year transformation like you see on TikTok.

Compare this natural 10 year transformation:

to this roided 6 year transformation (skip to 7:27 on the video):

Which physique do you think is more appealing to women? The answer is obvious.

picking my ritalin up soon:feelskek:
They actually reduced the price of vyvanse ever since Takeda's patent for the drug expired recently. It's only in Europe that they managed to get their patent renewed. So other companies are making the exact same drug and selling it as generic, which means it's cheaper.

I do agree that woman do prefer a natural looking build but most users will never get that big. All about the bf% and gear can helps
