However their are some fats that are shown to be worse for you (in terms of the risk of chronic disease)
Trans fats for example are universally agreed to be terrible for you. They’re found in ultra processed foods
Monounsaturated fats and polyunsaturated fats are generally accepted as being beneficial for health and longevity (such as from olive oil, avocados etc)
Saturated fats however are kinda of a grey zone right now. Some people demonise them as the enemy while others seem them as some magic cure
There has been many studies on saturated fat with some inconsistent results. Though it is generally accepted that they increase serum LDL which raises the risk for heart disease. Me personally I would limit saturated fat. You don’t have to become a vegan or anything. Just be mindful of what your eating and consume in moderate amounts
Yeah for like all of humanitys existence we have eaten saturated fatsbecause stupid goy have been getting stuffed with unhealthy seed oils and blaming it on animal fats. it's why they discontinued the use of lard and tallow in so many tasty foods and use poisonous vegetable oils instead.
