Why Do People Say I Look Feminine?

Hey guys, my name is Ibo and I have a question. Some friends say that I look feminine or like a girl, even though I know that isn’t true. Could you maybe give your opinion on that or explain why they might say this?

maybe if you showed a pic of you in normal lighting it would be easier to determine your dimo, ofc you're gonna look more manly sucking in your cheeks in the dark

It might not be anything related about your looks but your behavior? Like you lowk mog. But if you are always trying to improve (like being so constant and talking about it) it might just be “weird”. And they confuse that with feminine energy? I don’t know.
