Why do people say Russian women love Asian men

I saw some statistics where yes it is true that there are more Asian male to white woman marriages than white male to Asian women marriages, but Russia is a country where vast majority marry within their own race. And the only Asian population there really are labor migrants who are male. I think that leads to the statistics being very skeewed towards AMWF couples
