I also think they should only do a marginal bulk over a long enough time since they have a propensity to gain fat over muscle at a higher ratio so a low surplus would help prevent that whilst keeping insulin levels more constant as well.Small bones ain’t got that much to do with it.
What having small bones does is it caps your maximum muscle mass and strength, along with slowing down the rate at which you’ll grow past beginner stage but it doesn’t magically stop growth.
Guy ik has same wrist size, clavicle width as me but he started gym skinny-twig and made great progress. Same cannot be said for me.
While having small bones can be a symptom of shit hormones, we all know that gymbro with tiny wrists who manages to build mass.
I think Insulin sensitivity, poor androgen receptor density, and low testosterone levels have a lot more to do with being unable to escape skinnyfat than bone structure. The problem is when you have more fat, and that shitty indian uncle fat distribution pattern, a lot of that fat will be visceral fat which will further increase your estrogen, lower your testosterone and make you insulin resistant.
When you’re insulin resistant, your body cannot take advantage of food properly so when you overeat it all goes to fat rather than muscle even if you’re lifting weights hard. From what i’ve seen in people who’ve escaped true skinnyfat the solution is to always start with a huge cut, lose as much fat as possible till you become a twig, and then from there to lean bulk. You lose the metabolic anchor of that extra visceral fat thus increasing your muscle’s insulin sensitivity and increasing your testosterone.
At this point should you wanna gain muscle fast you can do roids. If you do roids while still having significant bodyfat chances are shit won’t go well.

Yeah roiding whilst being overweight is a very bad recipe. Will greatly increase the risk of gyno, water retention and other unwanted issues to elevated estrogen. It also makes it harder to gauge your response to them.
This is probably the best transformation I’ve seen. Obviously juiced to gills though.

Dirty bulking in general is counter intuitive. You also usually feel sluggish and watery. It literally looksmins you to death.
- Yeah I know them both. Brandon had a really good transformation. I don’t particular like Oskar’s physique very much as he is unaesthetic but it’s still better than nothing. Especially for a natural it’s good.
Have you seen some of Kinobody’s clients transformations ? They are crazy. They might not have started truly skinny fat but still below average and look like fitness influencers after.
