a few weeks at most but it doesn't move like this, they inject it way deeper and you shouldn't be able to play with it like this even right after.

buccal fat barely contributes to hollows, realistically you'd just want to do a grit pattern in the area of the cheeks and remove only subcutaneous fat without touching any of the deeper pads, it's fairly safe too as there's not many blood vessels or nerves in the area.
