Why do some people think gym is bad, especially while being young. Gym is bad if you only care about how much you bench instead of how you look in mirror.

Little to no people think the gym itself is bad. Only retards. Gymcelling however is bad. Going 3-4x a week for 45 min to an hour MAX is fine and beneficial

Thats true but im talking about going to gym overall, some guy said to me going to gym at 14 is for bald and recessed guys, such a nonsense. I also see guys post threats about quitting gym for retarded reasons

its mostly a good way to stay lean , muscle mass doesnt matter as much other than for shoulder width
ideally you should train shoulder focused while trying to stay lean , otherwise its stupid

Yea i only go 3 times a week and only reason i go is for health and better aesthetic body. Im not making my whole personality about gym so its fine for me.

Well when i go to gym it motivates me to eat better so if it doesnt benefit my health directly atleast it does indirectly. Also not just diet but other beneficial things

People think this because of injury risk, if you get a bad injury during ur growth period it will affect your growth entirely. But you've got to be an ego lifting tardbot to injure yo self

I was stronger 2 months ago at 18% bf, didn’t have a better physique

Well when i go to gym it motivates me to eat better so if it doesnt benefit my health directly atleast it does indirectly. Also not just diet but other beneficial things

The gym isn’t bad, overtraining is. training 3-4 times a week for like an hour week is beneficial but if you’re going 5x a week for 2 hours everyday like most retards you’re just gonna stress your body and make you less healthy.

Stronger = neural or tissue adaptations. Better physique and health.
And u were probably consuming much more carbs. And u would have the same result if u consumed the ideal amount with 7 or 20 percent body fat.

Overtraining? Thats almost impossible. Dont spread that around so often; the real danger is muscle fatigue, central nervous system fatigue, which will make injuries more likely and decrease ur performance
