Of course if you go to Walmart, you will see many men with sagging submentals, receding hairlines, overweight, etc. The same way that if you go to the mall, you seldom see attractive women. Most are old, fat, tattoos, purple dyed hair, etc. But that's not a fair comparison, because they are not your competition.
Your competition is middle class to rich 18-24 year olds. Not the gamers or STEM students who are not even trying either. But college students whose only goal is to fornicate as much as possible during college. Average college student goes to the gym, has an NT haircut, wears NT clothing, and does all the typical "normie looksmaxxes". No they aren't recessed, no they are not balding, no they are not obese, and no they are not subhuman. This is a pretty accurate representation of typical college students who you see in every class look like:
These guys are completely "normal looking", meaning they wouldn't cause girls to take creepshots, turn heads, or slay aside from parties and once every blue moon off Tinder. You have many people who look like this in your classes and dorms. With a good lightly frauded picture, they could be rated 5-6 PSL. They aren't rare at all.
If we take random candid group pictures of normies (yes, they are normies who go to parties aka what every college student without fear of God does):
You can see that more than half of the people in these pictures, if they cherrypicked frauded pics as people do in the Ratings section, would be rated 5-6 PSL. Therefore the average person who's in your competition group is 5 PSL. Only 1/10 of them have any kind of flagrant flaw/recession/ugliness. The rest either have no failos or a mix of good and bad features (good jaw + bad eyes or vice versa). All of them also have "approved" phenotypes, no bulbous-nosed straw-haired Slavs or gigamasc ogres.
So I'm not sure where people get the idea that if they improve 0.5 PSL, then they will start turning heads and live a "Chad slayer life". You'll simply live like the average young male. Multiple people who look like Amnesia/Arvid are present at any party. I saw someone today who looked exactly like Arvid: same coloring, hairstyle, features, etc. If I was in Sweden I would've thought it was him. Unless you look like Gandy, then the change will be nominal. There's also downsides to being good looking like more pressure to sin.
However, this doesn't matter. Things like slaying and partying are simply a gateway to sin. In order to be invited, you need to commit acts like heavy drinking, drugs, tattoos, and premarital sex. Even though the devil may try to entice you with lust like exposed cleavage/butt, you must try your best to avoid it. It's a sin in the eyes of God and not worth the few minutes of pleasure.
