When they haven’t done a single thing to earn it?
“Muh I feel off today” “muh I just feel bad”
You didn’t do anything to feel on, or good about.
Feeling good isn’t free.
Your daily habits, sleep schedule, lack of gratitude, lack of action, diet, sun exposure. All these things a part of what make you feel good. If you feel bad it’s your sub conscious telling you to fix your shitty life, habits and mindset. Anything else is a cope because you’re too weak to do the work.
If you’re miserable it’s your fault due to lack of action and bad mindset. It’s that simple.
