by living long i mean like 60+, why?

live in constant pain because you're literally decaying/rotting on the inside

natural humans lived until like 40-50 for a reason, being old is misery

You'll think of dying in your prime. When the time for dying comes though you'll want to extend your life for each second you can get

they died naturally at around the age ive mentioned. we only live longer today because we force ourselves to live longer.
(medications, different/lighter diet, less overall risk). which sounds good but we pay the price by our own bodies self destructing when it reaches its "old age"

That's bullshit. Only exists in the Western world where people are conditioned by the media to be sick and going to the fucking doctor all the time.

My wife's grandma died 2 years ago at 94 years old. She never went to the doctor or took any medicine. And I mean never. She was able bodied enough too. We spent 8 months living in the village with them. Every thime we'd stop by to visit the old lady she would bring me a pack of cigarettes, along with an ashtray and lighter, and pour me a cup of tea.

interesting wording. " she was able bodied enough".

likely implying she was in too much pain to be fully abled bodied. is that the life you want?

Thatโ€™s literally untrue , the reason the โ€œaverageโ€ was so low was because the majority died young ie mosquitoes ,war, famine. There are documented cases of 70 year old + in ancient Egypt . A natural life expectancy does not change in thousands of year it has to be more than a million to actually change that much expectancy

I think he means caveman era rather than 200 years ago or less

I'm saying she was able bodied enough for her age. Like she wasn't playing in a women's national football league of course, but she wasn't using a walker or a cane to get around either. She wasn't in any pain.

You need to study Taoist literature on how to stay young and youthful mantak chia

200 years ago was pretty good actually. As long as you were strong enough to make it to about 23 years of age you could expect to live well into your 80's and beyond.

I know but he probably doesnโ€™t mean life expectancy changed from 200 years ago (cuz that would be retarded) but as in naturally 2,000 years ago the average was 40-50

if she wasnt in any pain, then why not?
Why should she be in any pain? She was never injured and didn't grow up in a society that trashes your body with processed food and copious amounts of sugar/pesticides.

That's not true either. It's a complete myth. As long as you weren't injured or hit with a plague the life expectancy was the same as now if not better.

We're losing biodiversity with each generation. People think we're evolving but the opposite is true.
