with superphysiologic levels of testosterone the conversion is too much and you can develop side effects like gyno
they pair it with hgh so they can grow for longer, since estradiol is the main hormone that causes your epiphyseal plates to close

you shouldn’t take hgh with ai unless you’re on relatively high doses, it’s better only with test
estrogen is very important for bone density and neurological development
(if you do decide to take it get blood work done often and keep it at around 40pg/ml)
