why do short white men look more proportionate than short men of other races?

whenever i see a 5'5 black or south asian dude they always look more stocky but a 5'5 white dude doesnt look as short or have those short guy proportions as much idk why

It's the other way around because some ethnics are lanky so he looks taller than he actually is while whites look shorter than he actually is
