i noticed this when i was in ukraine and poland, i have it myself but it seems its very common for slavics to have subhumanly oversized malar fat pads that are positioned too low + some sort of recession in the canine fossa or the area under the nose which gives you prominent nasofolds at a very young age
it seems to be a lot less common here in western europe
