There's something cool about them. It's not just about "Being a felon". It's about being a fucking man and not giving a fuck! Slinging dick, wielding guns, taking what's yours.

Teens just look at dudes that they think are cool and emulate it to feel that same power without knowing what comes with it (the negatives).

The only cool ones are the ones who are succesful though just think about rappers who made it out. The rest are rotting in the same street they were born in, are dead or are in jail.

Plus a lot of teens like that (suburbs, etc.) they have been sheltered and it's kind of an exotic thing and goes against their parents.
