Why do so many people struggle to understand objectivity?

It seems to me that tons of people can't seem to understand the idea that things can be objective rather than subjective. And I'm not just talking about shit like looks theory or the blackpill, but even just in general. I have seen this so many times. Do people just lack the mental tools required to coldly analyze things? Why do they think everything is always a matter of perspective when some things are just more overall objective rather than subjective.
